This is a personal advisory relationship. I work alongside you as a hands-on strategic partner - whether that's helping you raise funding, making introductions to the right investors, opening doors that don't open easily, or simply being the experienced voice on the other end of the line when a deal is on the table and you need to think clearly.
Every engagement is different. Some clients need me for three months while they close a raise. Others keep me on retainer because having someone who's built, sold, and invested across 30+ businesses is worth more than another board meeting.

Business owners, founders, and MDs running companies between £200K and £20M turnover. If you've got a team, you're making money, but you're stuck, overwhelmed, or can't step back.

What's the difference between the packages?
It depends on how much support you need. A Strategic Mapping Day gives you a full plan in one session. The 90-Day Breakthrough is intensive weekly mentoring. The Annual programme is for business owners who want a long-term strategic partner. We'll work out which one fits on the call.
How is this different from other business coaching?
I've built, lost, and rebuilt businesses myself. I'm not teaching from a textbook. I've invested in over 30 companies, sold one for eight figures, and worked with 1,000+ business owners. You're getting someone who's done it, not someone who's read about it.
